 This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, turn-key furnished house is located on two secluded acres at Bunker Hill Vineyard and Winery in Duette, Florida. The house overlooks two natural spring fed water garden ponds and comes with a full wrap-around deck with table and chairs to absorb the peace and quiet of nature’s get-away.

The guest house is rented thru March 31, 2024. When not rented, The guest house is available daily (2 night minimum) weekends, monthly and weddings.

*Our Rates:

• Nightly (2 night minimum stay): $135.00 per night

• Weekly (7 days): $750.00

• Monthly or Seasonally: $2,500.00

Reservations are based on availability. Check in time is 2:00 pm and out time is 11:00 a.m. Not available for rent from Jan 2 thru Mar 31.

 *All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests (up to 4 guests) are charged $20 per person, per night. A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the time of booking. Balance is due at check-in.*

All rates have 7% Sales Tax and a 5% (Manatee County) Resort Tax fee for a total of 12% taxes added to the total due at check-in.
