About Our Wine
Our wines are always in limited supply because we only use whole fresh fruits sourced as locally as possible. So whenever the fruit is in season, so is our wine! The variety of grape that we grow and use for our wine is the Muscadine grape, native to the Southeast United States.
Our wines have many characteristics that set us apart from other wineries. One major unique quality is that 100% of the wines we produce are unfiltered. This means that we don’t put our wine through multiple filtration processes in order to achieve complete clarity because our goal is to protect the integrity of the bouquet, flavor, and health benefits of the grape or fruit. We are able to achieve our clarity through the traditional method of manual racking which uses the natural forces of gravity to separate the sediment found in aging wines.

We ship wine both locally in Florida and out of State through FedEx to previous customers of the winery who have visited and tasted our wines before. We try to ship early in the week to ensure all shipments arrive at their destination before the weekend to guarantee that your wines are as fresh as possible.
The boxes we use are the most secure wine shipping boxes available on the market. These are double boxes with separate inserts and locking tabs to hold the bottles in place.
